We do not rent out rooms and a meeting space. Your group gets its own agenda inside the Invana rhythm. Morning movement, then a session. Lunch, then a session. An evening practice of meditation or sound healing, then discussion. Your work fills the day. We own the mornings, the food, the sleep and the evenings.

Here is how a strategy offsite usually runs. You see about six anchors a day. Our team holds the minute-by-minute plan so you do not have to.

Every morning starts in the hills, all year. The route changes with the season: a sunrise walk through the tea gardens, a cold-water dip at Shivkhola, the Giddhapahar trail (about 3.4 km, easy to moderate) or, in the monsoon months, the Rohini waterfall. Start is 5:30. You are back for breakfast.
