For practitioners and facilitators
You run the session room. We run everything else.
Your programme. Our rooms, food, mornings and clock.
Invana hosts coaches, trainers and teachers who already run residential programmes. You bring your participants and your method. We house them, feed them, move them and keep time. Your programme stays yours.

Who it suits
For people who already know how to hold a room.
Leadership trainers. Coaches. Meditation and yoga teachers. Breathwork facilitators. Programme creators who run residential events elsewhere.
You know what goes wrong around the sessions. Late transfers. Cold food. A venue team selling its own add-ons to your group. Invana removes that noise so your work gets the full attention of the room.
Two ways in
Bring your own group or bring your client.
Your own programme
You enrol the participants. Invana hosts, feeds, houses and runs the operations. You teach.
- You own
- The programme, the price, the participants
- We run
- Everything outside the session room
Your corporate client
A company hires you to run a programme. You bring that client to Invana and deliver it here. The client stays yours.
- You own
- The client, the programme, the brief
- We run
- Their logistics, end to end
Next Big Leap
Alkesh Agarwal created and leads it. Invana hosts it. Two editions in 2026, the second for 22 founders with ICBI.

What we handle
Everything outside the session room is ours.
- Airport to airport transfers from Bagdogra
- Every meal cooked on campus, with vegetarian, Jain and allergy needs planned before arrival
- Nook, our lounge, for the conversations between sessions
- A timekeeper who calls the start and end of every session
- One evening out for dinner in Siliguri
- Twelve rooms built for sleep: full blackout, quiet, light that follows the day
- Spark, our learning space, set up for your agenda
- The hill morning and the evening practice, led by our practitioners
- An on-ground team for arrivals, rooms, meals, transport and timing
What you bring
Your method.Your participants.Your sessions.
You design and lead the programme. You bring your agenda, your materials and any co-facilitators. Tell us what each session needs from the room and from the day. We set Spark and the schedule around that. You never chase a meal, a car or a room key.
Complement, not compete
Our practitioners add to your work. They never replace it.
Invana's practitioners run meditation, sound healing, breathwork and yoga. You decide whether they appear in your programme at all. If you teach breathwork, we do not run a breathwork session beside yours.
The fit check
We host by application. We may say no.
Invana is not open hire. Before we hold dates, we check that your programme suits the daily rhythm. If the fit is wrong, we tell you early.
- It must work for a small group.
- It must run for two nights or more.
- There is no alcohol and no smoking on campus.
- Your programme should suit the daily rhythm of the campus.
A 3-day shape
Your sessions sit inside a day that already works.
Participants see about six anchors a day, never a minute-by-minute schedule. You fill the sessions. We own the mornings, the food, the sleep and the evenings.
Pick-up at Bagdogra. Check in and lunch. Your opening session in Spark. Evening practice, then discussion.
The hill morning, back for breakfast. Your morning session. Lunch. Your afternoon session. Dinner out in Siliguri.
The hill morning. Your closing session. Lunch. Drops at Bagdogra.
Every morning starts in the hills, all year. The route changes with the season: a sunrise walk through the tea gardens, a cold-water dip at Shivkhola, the Giddhapahar trail (about 3.4 km, easy to moderate) or, in the monsoon months, the Rohini waterfall. Start is 5:30. You are back for breakfast.
Case in point
Next Big Leap is Alkesh Agarwal's programme. Invana hosts it.
A live example of the model at work: an independent facilitator's programme, designed and led by its own creator, run on Invana's ground.
Attended many scaling business workshops but this was completely different.
The past few days weren't just a retreat. They were a hard reset.
We were treated better than baraatis.

Frequently asked
What practitioners ask us.
- Can I set my own price?
- On a hosting package, yes. You set and collect your participant fee. On a co-hosted programme we agree the price together.
- Who owns the participant list?
- You do. We use participant details only to run their stay. Full data terms are set out in writing in your proposal.
- Can I bring my own team?
- Yes. Co-facilitators and support staff are welcome. They stay in the same rooms and count toward the numbers.
- Can Invana market my programme?
- On a co-hosted programme, yes. On a hosting package, the marketing is yours.
- What if I do not fill the seats?
- Tell us early. We would rather adjust the plan with you than surprise you. Minimum numbers and release dates are confirmed with your proposal.
- Do my participants do the hill mornings?
- The hill morning runs every day. You decide how it fits your programme.
- Is there alcohol?
- Not on campus. The kitchen serves alcohol-free drinks through the stay. One evening we take the group out to dinner in Siliguri.
- My group is larger than 30. Can you take it?
- Spark holds 30. Up to 40 can stay across Invana and the campus residence. For more, talk to us.
- Can my participants meet students?
- Yes, on request. The campus can arrange a talk, mentoring session or workshop with Inspiria students.
