What you are buying
This is not a hall with rooms attached.
Most venues rent you a hall and some rooms. Invana works the other way. Your sessions fill the day. We own the mornings, the food, the sleep and the evenings. Every group gets its own agenda inside the Invana rhythm. That combination is what you book.
A day here
Six anchors. Your agenda sits between them.
Members see about six anchors a day, never a minute-by-minute schedule. You fill the sessions. We own the mornings, the food, the sleep and the evenings.

Discussion
The conversations your members came for.
Every morning starts in the hills, all year. The route changes with the season: a sunrise walk through the tea gardens, a cold-water dip at Shivkhola, the Giddhapahar trail (about 3.4 km, easy to moderate) or, in the monsoon months, the Rohini waterfall. Start is 5:30. You are back for breakfast.
Hosted in 2026
Twenty-two founders. Three days. One chamber.
From 10 to 12 September 2026, Invana hosted Next Big Leap with ICBI for 22 founders. Next Big Leap is a founders' retreat created and led by Alkesh Agarwal. Alkesh ran the sessions. Invana ran the rooms, the meals, the transfers and the timing.
Attended many scaling business workshops but this was completely different.
The past few days weren't just a retreat. They were a hard reset.
Learning at a centre of learning. I kept thinking, I wish I had done my college here.
We were treated better than baraatis.
Three formats
Pick the shape that fits your chapter.
A retreat builds the bond. An annual meeting brings everyone together. A committee offsite plans the year. Each runs on the same rhythm, the same kitchen and the same team.
